Reminds me in spots of JEB LOY NICHOLS and in fact when watching the movie I thought JEB LOY was performing one of the songs!!!!!
A wonderfully acted film !!!
Weak story line but Jeff makes up for the medicore story......
BUT what really makes the film is the music. Its more than country.....its ......well........country with a touch of blues and at times a dash of dare i say jazz????
Colin Farrell and Jeff Bridges belong in country music more then 3/4's of the trash that call themselves Country right at this moment~!
